IntelliCentrics is moving to the Lakeside development.

A North Texas-based healthcare technology and services firm is upping its game with a new headquarters. IntelliCentrics is taking 31,330 square feet of offices in a new building in Flower Mound.

The company is moving to the new Lakeside International Office Center, a project of Dallas' Staubach Capital and Irving-based developer Realty Capital.

IntelliCentrics took the entire top floor of the new building, said Jimmy Archie, Managing Director of Realty Capital Management.

The new four-story office building is on Lakeside Parkway near International Parkway. IntelliCentrics is already located in Flower Mound in a smaller building near Lakeside Parkway.

Mark Boone with Realty Capital Management LLC negotiated the new lease with Doug Carignan of JLL.

The company is expanding its operations with the new lease – the first major deal signed in the new building. Designed by Dallas architect BOKA Powell, Lakeside International Office Center includes adjoining retail and a parking garage.

First United Bank is the construction lender on the project.
