Chief Executive Officer
Mike Sheehan is Chief Executive Officer of IntelliCentrics, the healthcare industry’s largest provider of credentialing services. His responsibilities currently include oversight of worldwide company operations while serving on the Board of Directors for the consolidated entity as well as for each of the major subsidiaries. Mike has had an extensive 20-plus year career in environmental security and controls, but it is his multidimensional background in both entrepreneurial start-ups and Fortune 500 corporations (domestic as well as global operations) that makes him uniquely qualified to lead a company that operates at the leading edge of security and technology. Under Mike’s leadership, the organization has enjoyed five years of triple digit compounded annual growth due primarily to the innovative, customer-centric culture he established nine years ago. Sheehan joined the company in 2004, following a successful career at Honeywell where he was most recently Global Vice President of Marketing for the Video Systems Business and, prior to this role, the Global Vice President of Six Sigma for the $2 Billion Security division of Honeywell. Sheehan was recently invited to become a UNT Distinguished Speaker at the University of North Texas College of Business, addressing the topic, “The Role Risk Plays In a Business.” Sheehan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University. The Sheehan family has been a longtime supporter of the North Texas Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and prostate cancer research.
Chief Revenue Officer
Ken Powell is proven enterprise sales executive who brings extensive experience in hiring, managing, inspiring – leading from the front – multi-cultural sales organizations that deliver high impact solutions to global markets. He is a veteran of world-class companies such as Apple, Oracle, and SAP and has inspired and led thousands of sale people all over the world. He has conducted business in over 54 countries and driven record growth internationally in the Asia Pacific, Eurasia, and the Middle East/North Africa regions. Ken has also established high performing teams in North America and opened offices in Europe and Latin America. Ken has successfully closed a handful of deals over $100M, yet believes the deal size is second to his passion and a deep need to compete and win.
Global Chief Operating Officer
David is passionate about establishing innovative future-focused technology for a smarter planet and delivering shareholder value, streamlining business, reducing costs, increasing profits and capturing lost revenue. David joined the company February 2016, bringing over 16 years of executive leadership experience across multiple disciplines. David’s knowledge base spans business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and channels, cloud operations, marketing, product management, design, product development, procurement, IT, finance and sales. Prior to IntelliCentrics, David served as chief operating officer for Trintech, a provider of Cloud-based financial software solutions, and most recently, held the position of vice president of contract management for MedAssets, a healthcare performance improvement company. David, a native of Cork, Ireland holds an Associate Chartered Management Accountant degree from the Cork Institute of Technology Ireland and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas, Dallas.
Chief Financial Officer, North America
Ken directs all financial reporting, planning and accounting practices for our North American operations. Ken has over 30 years’ experience in both financial and operational leadership. Before joining IntelliCentrics, Ken held executive financial positions for several successful technology companies and has broad experience with technology hardware, software, and professional services, establishing operating metrics, performance goals, and involvement in sales and marketing.
Judd is active in the Dallas community and has served as President of the Dallas chapter of Financial Executives International. Ken has been recognized as CFO of the Year – Technology by the Dallas Business Journal in 2012 and as one of the top Corporate Finance Pros in Dallas-Forth Worth and Outstanding CFO, Midsized Private Company by D CEO Magazine.
Ken started his career in the audit group of KPMG. Ken is a graduate of the University of Maryland (B.S. in Accounting) and the George Washington University (M.S. in Finance) and is a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.).
Vice President of Marketing
Beth Mahler joined IntelliCentrics in March 2015 as the lead marketing executive for the company. With over 20 years of experience in marketing and brand development, Beth is responsible for providing executive leadership, overall marketing vision, and management of the company’s marketing organization. Beth was most recently the Director of Marketing for UniFocus, a SaaS and consulting firm in the hospitality and service industry. She possesses extensive marketing experience in the retail environment. She previously held the position of Corporate Brand Director for JC Penney and Senior Product Manager for Macy’s. Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and International Economics from FIT in New York.
Vice President of Sales
David joined IntelliCentrics June 2017 and is responsible for leading our sales team in the US and Canada. He brings +14 years of experience as a leader, growth executive, and consultant. David has a successful history creating high growth teams that drove innovation and solutions for global clients. Prior to IntelliCentrics, David served as Senior Vice President for GreenEcho and as Director of Sales for Enaxis, with a client roster of Fortune 100 and 500 clients. David is a graduate of Temple University, The Fox School of Business and Management.
Vice President of Business Development
Michael Dreben joined the company in January 2015 and is responsible for driving business development initiatives that will empower and augment the company’s overall strategy. He’s also responsible for identifying potential strategic partners, alliances and relationships to expand core product lines. Michael brings over 18 years of experience in capital markets, entrepreneurship and executive leadership. Throughout his career, Michael has been involved with early and growth stage companies in all aspects of their business activities, including finance, accounting, HR, legal and operations. He has facilitated multiple financings and mergers and acquisitions, including the company’s acquisition of Vendorlink.ca, where he was co-founder.
Vice President of Human Resources
Kurt Delabar joined IntelliCentrics in June 2013 with over 25 years of human resources experience. In this role, Kurt is responsible for leading all human resources strategy and programs for the company. Prior to joining IntelliCentrics, he spent four years as the Director of Employment Experience and Leadership and Organizational Development for Parkland Health and Hospital System. While there, he was in charge of on-boarding, reward and recognition, performance management, employee relations, investigations, staff training, and leadership development. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Personnel and Industrial Relations from St. Louis University and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.
Vice President of Corporate Development
Pat Virant joined IntelliCentrics in 2010 and is responsible for key corporate initiatives including infrastructure development, business process integration, and productivity enhancement. Pat’s focus is on improving methodologies and advancing product and service quality. A 25-year operations industry veteran, Pat is also an APICS certified supply chain professional and a Six Sigma green belt. Pat earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota and is currently working toward his Master of Business Administration in Operations Management from the University of Dallas.
Vice President, Medical Staff & Contractor Services
Maggie Palmer is a healthcare administration professional with many years of experience in medical staff services, quality improvement, risk management, consulting, as well as other administrative areas of healthcare. Maggie holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University. She is dual-certified in her field through the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) since 2000; she currently holds both Certified Provider Credentials Specialist (CPCS) and Certified Professional Medical Staff Management (CPMSM). Maggie is a former Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
Maggie currently serves as Faculty for the National Association Medical Staff Services. She is an active member of the National Credentialing Forum and American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Maggie is also a contributor on the hcPro Advisory Panel for Credentialing Resource Center and Medical Staff Briefings (monthly periodicals). She has formerly served as the Bylaws Chair for the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS), as the President of the California Association Medical Staff Services (CAMSS), and as a board member of the Hawaii Association of Medical Service Professionals (HAMSP). Maggie’s previous experience includes National Director of Credentialing for Tenet Health in Dallas, Texas, Director at Scripps Health in San Diego, CA, Executive Director of Hawaii Credential Verification Service, Credentials Specialist at Castle Medical Center, and Straub Clinic and Hospital. She has also served as a consultant and Interim Medical Staff Director in various organizations across the United States.
